Gift Card Conditions

  • The gift card is valid for one year.
  • It's not refundable.
  • People receiving the gift card must contact us directly, by email or telephone, to define the dates of their stay, specifying the gift card number and amount.
  • Less than 30 days before the date of arrival, no cancellation or postponement of reservation will be possible. The gift voucher is therefore considered used.
  • During the stay, the gift card will be used as a means of payment(So it's possible to book a night more expensive than the value of the gift voucher, or to book more nights, by paying the difference)* in case it's booked for a period less expensive than the value of the voucher, the difference will not be refunded
